in april I got the answer on what stage of the proceedings for the payment of arrears feriepenge from Åsta Sangvik from NAV Lønnsgaranti:

"NAV Lønnsgaranti received the pay claims from the attorney Karianne Tilseth Berg, the trustee, the 21th of November 2013.

Our processing time is 5-6 months from we received the trustees letter with pay claims.  You will probably get a letter from attorney Berg regarding the pay claims in May 2014."

Now we have half of June and still no information from you. Could you answer me what's going on in this case and when can I expect money finally?

I have talked to NAV today, and they say that they are about to start the case now. He says that it won`t take too long before they are done. Maybe a month or so.

We have done our evaluation of all the demands, and we have sent it to NAV Lønnsgaranti. We have recommended NAV Lønnsgaranti to accept your demand on kr. xxxxx-. Unfortunately it is still up to NAV Lønnsgaranti if they will pay you or not. We have sent our recommendation to them, and it is now in their hands. NAV Lønnsgaranti will do their own evaluation of all the claims. This is normal procedure in all bankruptcy cases. But I can tell you that the trustee has recommended them to accept your claim.
